The HR department within Holt Renfrew is currently moving towards a transformation of their employee culture to a high performance culture championed by a new VP-HR. Holt Renfrew realized that there were significant changes and steps needed to be taken in transforming their culture, and feel that they have the expertise in defining the direction and strategy they wish to take. Holt Renfrew has recognized gaps in their existing HR framework (i.e. processes, workflows and tools) and have identified to TELUS that fixing the existing framework for employee performance evaluation is the starting point within their particular organization.

Holt Renfrew asked the HPWS team to implement the e.Performance suite of products (e.Performance, e360, LMS, e.Succession), which has led to further Holt Renfrew interest in the e.tools suite of software; collectively known as the e.HR toolset.
