The application is web based and is provided to all employees in the organization. The project included two phases 1) Establish competency and values 2) Implementation of e.Performance solution. The first phase required HR Consulting skills and set the foundation for the implementation of e.Performance by defining competencies and values. The second phases included HR Consulting related to the Performance Management process as well as the technical requirements and development. results
HPWS was able to provide BCLC with a web-based performance management solution. This will provide consistency in measurement and reporting across the organization. It also integrates and aligns Performance objectives, Performance reviews and development plans to each other as well as to the Strategic plan.
